The sixty beautiful cards in this deck include meditations for reconnecting with your body and senses and taking moments to reflect in nature; prompts to help you address anxiety, hold a vigil, or create rituals of remembrance; and guidance on finding time for intentional rest and developing daily routines. These activities—each one paired with artwork for reflection—can be explored in any order, at any time as needed.
